From the first song, the title track, one all ready knows what type of sound S.MOJO specializes in: chunky, streetwise, hardcore-crossover, etc. Actually, their style shows them in the territory of BIOHAZARD, but STUCK M. needs no comparison to anyone. At times the vocalist sounds like he is rapping, but all the while the solid rhythm of the song is shredding. The main riffs sound similar to SACRED R., PANTERA, or BIOHAZARD, but with a more street vibe / bad attitude. Sometimes this band sounds like a metal band who takes influences from hardcore and rap. There is no guitar solo to be found here, correction; no metal guitar solo. This band is not about showing off how “musical” they are. S.M. is the “alternative to the alternative,” but actually, if you’re tired of boring rock music in general, you’ll find something different here.
