I didn’t expect this release to sound like this. I knew it was different sounding than the Drogheda of today, but I wasn’t expecting this. This is a totally different sound than the grinding noise that Drogheda is good for. The vocals somewhat reminded me of Aaron from old My Dying B. at times, and on other songs it didn’t. The music can vary from slow doomy music with somewhat of a monotonous sound, to a faster song that is also somewhat monotonous. It isn’t all that, but some of the songs were alright. If you’ve heard the most rescent releases of Drogheda, and did not like them, check this one out, you actually might.
