Schaliach – “Sonrise”
If there is one thing I love about metal, it’s melodic death metal with a different vibe. Here we have a band that seems to be highly influenced by Rotting Christ, musically. The same melody that Rotting C. has is definitely present in this band. They seem to have other influences as well though. On certain songs I tend to hear some My Dying Bride vocal approaches that flow right along with the growls that seem to fit just right. Anyone into melodic death metal should definitely check this release out.
