Yes, this is retro style thrash\/death metal, without sounding like anyone in particular. If you like all that old Kreator, Dark Angel, Death, etc.. Then you might like this. But this is not “classic” “Endless Pain\/Darkness Descends” sound, it’s a bit below that. There’s a remake of Venom’s “Black Metal”, not a bad remake, if you ask me.
